Our open office is too loud for calls. Will a pod fix it?
Yes. Every MUTE pod is built to the same Class A standard (35 dB STC), so calls and conversations stay inside. The Privacy Pod blocks 95% of speech from reaching the room outside.
Which do I need: a phone booth, a focus pod or a meeting pod?
For one person on calls or focused work, the Mini Pod or Privacy Pod. For two people side by side, the Privacy Pod X2. For meetings of 4–5 people, the Group Pod. Larger teams need a MUTE Room.
We have run out of meeting rooms. Can a pod replace one?
Yes. The Group Pod and MUTE Rooms stand freely inside your open office, with no construction work. You get a private, soundproof meeting space in days, not months.
Will it get hot or stuffy inside?
No. Silent fans keep the air moving, and built-in lighting and power sockets make it ready to use from day one.
How fast can we have one?
Usually 5–10 days from our UAE stock, delivered and installed by our own team.
What happens if we move office?
Our pods can be taken apart and moved, so the pod moves with you.
Can it match our interior or brand?
Yes. The exterior can be matched to any RAL or Pantone colour, the inside is lined with MUTE Felt in your choice of colour, and your logo can be printed or engraved.
