Shipping policy

We deliver our products to customers throughout the UAE.
Normal delivery times after placing your order are as follows:
- 5-10 days for Mute Picture.
- 2-3 days for Mute Felt.
Delivery fee is calculated at the store checkout. 

Shipping to cities other than Dubai does not include installation and may be subject to delivery charges at the time of receiving.

You will receive an email order confirmation and payment confirmation (if you choose to pay online) at time of placing your order.

Our products are delivered using our own delivery personnel or one of our trusted delivery partners.

Our delivery department will contact you to arrange a convent time to deliver your package and collect payment on delivery if required.

Mute products are delivered ready to hang without the need for any further assembly.
