Shipping and Returns
We deliver our products to customers throughout the UAE, Qatar and KSA.
Normal delivery times after placing your order are as follows:
- 5-10 days for Mute Picture.
- 2-3 days for Mute Felt.
Delivery fee is calculated at the store checkout.
Shipping to Qatar and KSA does not include installation and may be subject to delivery charges at the time of receiving.
You will receive an email order confirmation and payment confirmation (if you choose to pay online) at time of placing your order.
Our products are delivered using our own delivery personnel or one of our trusted delivery partners.
Our delivery department will contact you to arrange a convent time to deliver your package and collect payment on delivery if required.
Mute products are delivered ready to hang without the need for any further assembly.

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- In the event we ship the wrong item to you we will replace the item with the correct item, or we will refund the purchase price and collect the item from you.
- In the event that the item supplied is defective, we will exchange the item for a new item, or we will refund the purchase price and collect the item from you.
- In the event that the item supplied is damaged during the delivery process, we will exchange the item for a new item, or we will refund the purchase price and collect the item from you.
All refunds will be made in AED using the original method of payment used to pay for the order.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. You should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
All our products are made to order therefore cancellation of any order or item on your order should be made as soon as possible after order placement.
Once your order is ready to ship, we will only refund 50% of the order value if the order is cancelled.
To cancel your order or any part of the order email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and details of the items you wish to cancel.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Custom made types of goods are exempt from being returned.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
Customers who paid by cheque or cash as their original method of payment, will be refunded within 14 days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
